Lead UX Designer • NGM Group

2023 – Present

I lead a cross function team of 5 to enable and explore multibrand while bringing two teams together to increase.

Enabled a Digital Homeloan for Greater Bank which saw a massive increase to their loan portfolio.

Delivered a needed iA uplift and branding uplift in an agile manner to get the online banking platform sticking to simple clear banking prinicipals.

Provided Mentoring to team to technically upskill and increase delivery speed.

UX Designer • Greater Bank

2019 – 2024

The brief was simple: ‘Build a bank.’ The reality required deep cross-functional collaboration and the ability to adapt at speed. I played a pivotal role in driving customer-centred design across teams — building prototypes, blueprinting experiences, conducting research, and helping keep developers in motion. I mentored designers and devs, championed new ways of working, and helped lay the groundwork for experience-led thinking across the organisation

Senior Front-End Developer

Headjam (2012-2017)

I led the front-end development of multiple marketing and transactional websites from inception to delivery—owning architecture, implementation, and QA. These included high-visibility launches with fast-moving timelines and cross-disciplinary stakeholders.

But the value went beyond the code.

I brought together designers, product owners, and external vendors into a consistent way of working—establishing reusable patterns, shared tools, and practical documentation.

Introduced scalable CSS methodologies and component-first thinking before design systems were the norm.

Mentored team members on web accessibility, modular front-end architecture, and collaboration with design teams.

Acted as the glue between brand, UX, and tech—setting the stage for my transition into UX leadership.

This experience grounded my approach to systems thinking and still informs how I lead design teams today—with a strong respect for implementation, delivery, and the power of alignment.
